Team Unity
United in a vision of starting a nursing agency with a difference, Monique Champoux R.N. and Carolyn Harnum R.N. joined forces to create Unity Healthcare Solutions. Their mission? To develop a successful staffing strategy which would reduce healthcare provider gaps within the federal, provincial, regional and private healthcare systems and provide their contractors with a caring, supportive atmosphere as they search for, secure and fulfill work assignments.
Both our co-founders grew up in small communities in the north of Manitoba and have an appreciation for the culture and special issues facing rural communities, especially First Nations. Unity is the only agency providing First Nations communities with targeted care, education and support.
