Our founder, Monique Champoux, R.N., is passionate about creating a supportive environment for healthcare professionals and providing culturally sensitive care to communities in need.
Rooted in rural Manitoba, Monique understands the unique challenges facing small communities, particularly First Nations. This firsthand experience has driven Unity Healthcare Solutions mission to provide targeted support, education, and care to these communities.
